 I am starting to watch my  calorie count again keeping it under 2000.

I  am watching my fat grams and trying  to keep them close to  25 grams a day. Losing weight is a job. 

I have found that it a must to write down and keep record of every time I exercise or eat or drink anything with the calorie and fat count next to it.  At the end of the day, I add it up.  If I don't lose weight the next day, I can go back to the day before and see where I over did it.  It really works!!!  But don't lie about anything you do because you are only cheating yourself.

On January the 14th 2009, I weighed in at a whopping  246 lbs. This morning my fat weight is at 188. With the diet and exercise schedule ,that we are on ,I expect a lot better. I will keep you informed of my progress. I am writing down what I eat. That has helped. I have reduced from 42's to a lose 36  pants size. Oh yea, did I mention that I am 58 years young.

      Jan. 14th, 2009 @ 246 lbs

   February 3, 2009 @ 233 lbs.

February 22, 2009 @ 220 lbs.

March 17, 2009 @210 lbs.

  April 9, 2009 @ 200 lbs.

  May 7, 2009 @ 190 lbs.

  We did the Beginner,  Intermediate, Advanced and a Karate workout this morning.
