Marshall Brown, a 4th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, offers video/DVD instructional training from white belt to black belt. Each DVD consists of a great workout and the requirements for that level. Workout and test in your own home. Testing for a belt has never been more simple. A test is included with each level ordered.

Shotokan Karate is described as Japanese hard style. The techniques are designed for any body type, high kicks are not required. Hands and feet are used equally. Flexibility will come with time and training. Shotokan Karate begins with the basic blocks, kicks and punches and with repetition these movements become intuitive and reflexive.

The Yu-Kan-Do™ Shotokan Karate system has been offered since 2000 and is proven to be very effective as a training tool.
